When we were first looking at home's on the site, we fell in love with the plot - the space out front, right on the water. We soon discovered that the layout of plot with the next door house and the double garage gave us the perfect means of enjoying the summer sun long after most other gardens were in the shade.
Despite being a new build we found a lot of potential in expanding the usable space, by converting the eves of the house and potentially converting part of the garage and under different circumstances it would have likely been our perfect forever home.

You also have easy access to the Village for all the day-to-day amenities you’ll need including a post office, pharmacy, Co-op and The Stag & Hounds pub.

From when we first pulled up to this home, we knew it would be special, with lots of space for parking and overlooking the waterfront.
We stepped inside and wasn’t disappointed, the entrance hall is a great size which is ideal for families and we were immediately drawn to the kitchen dining room which brings in so much natural light.
Having two bedrooms with ensuite's is an absolute dream for most busy households with everybody trying to get ready in the morning rush.
We cannot wait to show you round.
