We went for this house because it checked off all our boxes. It goes without saying, it’s a beautiful home with plenty of space for a growing family. We chose this specific plot because it south facing and has a private garden, perfect for sitting out in the summer and throwing BBQs. We also really love the cool modern look with the slick white exterior. Having a dedicated office space makes working from home a breeze, and the location is awesome too, just a short stroll to Bucklers Forest for our morning walks. And let’s not forget the kitchen – perfect for hosting friends with its unique modern design and skylight that adds a nice touch and brings in plenty of natural light.

This isn't the first time we've had the pleasure of selling a home in Buckler's Park, this is such a popular development and the homes here are superb... This one is no different! This house really does have some serious curb appeal, and its not only good looking from the outside but inside has been extremely well loved and looked after. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so much green space right on your doorstep.

As you can see this home has some fantastic space on offer both upstairs and downstairs with some great room sizes. The home has a central entrance hallway which has storage under the stairs, across from this you have a spacious cloakroom. You've also got a separate study to the front with built in storage, but the living room is one of our favourite rooms in this home. It's a great size but we love the amount of light coming in through the floor to ceiling window.

The heart of this home is at the back, where it offers a superb open plan kitchen and dining space with skylight and French doors leading onto the south facing garden. This is an ideal entertaining room and then kitchen as you'd expect is a great specification, with solid stone worktops and comes with integrated appliances such a double ovens, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a handy utility room with space for both washer and dryer and has access onto the garden.

This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of woodland walks right on your doorstep. There is such a great community here coupled also with a new school and shops being built in the next few years. Crowthorne High Street is only at short walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and pubs. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road less than a 20 minute walk away for your everyday essentials. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
