There are 3 bedrooms and a large living/dining room which opens into a conservatory and then to the garden beyond. In addition, there is a fitted kitchen and modern wet-room easily accessible from all rooms. As part of recent alternations, the front door, wet-room and sloping path from the parking to the front door have all been done with wheelchair users in mind.
Outside is a driveway leading to a single garage and a pathway leads down to the front door. The gardens extend to the front, side and rear plus there is a pathway to the far side for access/maintenance.

lapford is a large village, beyond Morchard Road on the A377 – 9 miles from Crediton and 16 miles from the City of Exeter. Like most Devon parishes, it’s not far from a lovely collection of trees – Eggesford Forest is just up the way, a regal coniferous plantation that plays host to variety of creatures including adders, butterflies, buzzards and woodpeckers (and badgers!). The village itself has a primary school with an excellent Ofsted report, sizeable playing fields (with a football pitch and kid-friendly playground) and a busy pub – The Old Malt Scoop Inn, once a 16th Century coaching inn – which now offers an à la carte dining experience, using only the best local produce.
Directions : For sat-nav use EX17 6PS and the What3Words address is ///splendid.flamenco.pure but if you want the traditional directions, please read on.
At Lapford Cross on the A377, turn beside the filling station and continue up the hill and around a sharp right hand bend into the village. Highfield will be found on the right hand side. Turn into Highfield and then next right into Highfield Close. No 64 will be found on the right.
