I have a beautiful room available in Harrow (6 min walk from Harrow & Wealdstone) station. This double room has a direct garden access and will be exclusively used for yourself only.

No couples please

The room has a double bed, in-built wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a computer chair.

Please note that there is no shared living room but you will have your own garden for exclusive use only.

Rent £800- gas and electricity not included, all other bills are included in the price.
Deposit: £800

At the end of every month I take a meter reading and issue tenants a utility bill for the actual used gas/electricity which is equally split between the number of tenants in the property. Tenants then refund me back what has been spent. The gas/elec for the house is between £40-100 per person per month depending on season and usage.

Parking permit can be obtained from the council for parking on the street.

We have a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas of the property once per week. This service is complimentary for all tenants of the property.

The room is available as of 1st of June 2024 so I am looking for a professional who is ready to move in asap.
