Nelson Street is within walking distance of the city centre or just a 10 minute bus ride with buses running every 15 minutes. It’s a great area to live in for easy commuting in to Norwich.

The property has Gas central heating and is fully furnished to a very high standard. Shared facilities including lounge with TV, large kitchen, and a garden with patio and bike storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine (coin meter), fridge/freezers integrated cooker and dishwasher and plenty of appliances, cutlery and crockery! Everything you may require. There is no need to worry about parking as there is off street parking available for up to 2 cars.

A cleaner attends once a fortnight and cleans all the communal area's e. G. Kitchen, lounge, hallways etc.
