Haltwhistle is situated approximately 37 miles west of Newcastle upon Tyne and 21 miles east of Carlisle on the A69 Trans-Pennine highway. The town also lies on the main Newcastle to Carlisle railway line. The town serves a wide rural based catchment. The library lies in the heart of the town centre, on Westgate. There are a number of national and regional multiple retailers, including Boots the Chemist, the Co-Op, and Sainsbury’s, as well as a number of local businesses nearby. Description
The office space is situated on the second floor of the building above the public library. Level access into the building is available at the front and there is a lift to the second floor.

The space is of a good standard and generally comprises carpeted floors, plastered walls, suspended ceiling with integral lighting and powder coated double glazed windows. The property is heated by gas fired central heating system to radiators.
