On the A390 between Gunnislake and Callington turn northwards at Seven Stones and proceed for approximately half a mile to Monks Cross turning northwards towards Luckett following the road downhill for approximately 1 mile. Turn left after the blue road sign, proceed for 1 mile and turn right just before Ford. Proceed over bridge and up the hill for approximately 1 mile and the property will be found on the right hand side marked clearly by our Plymouth Property Sales 'For Sale' board.

Alternatively, from the A388, approximately half way between Treburley and Taylor Shop, turn eastwards following signs for Horsebridge and Luckett. Proceed across the crossroads and at the second set of crossroads turn right signposted Luckett & Lidwell. Go straight across staggered crossroads into Lidwell.
