plum lettings is a small boutique letting agency established in 1990. We let and manage property in the boroughs of Wandsworth and Merton and for nearly thirty years were located on the ‘Grid’, a very popular residential area of Southfields, but have recently moved to our current premises just a mile down the road in Haydons Road, SW19. We believe our strength lies in our ability to provide a top-notch experience for both landlords and tenants. Truly independent and in complete contrast to many of the large chains you will be forming a working relationship with the same small team of people allowing us to offer a very personal, bespoke service. What's more, we are dedicated to letting and management which is our SOLE business, not just a 'side line'. Over the years we have adapted to an abundance of new legislation affecting the letting industry and have witnessed the arrival and departure of many competitors. Our landlords and tenants trust and return to us and as much of our business is by ‘word of mouth’ we know we must be getting it right! We are a member of the approved redress scheme, The Property Ombudsman, subscribe to the Code of Practice for Letting Agents and are a Corporate Member of the Guild of Letting and Management. For your peace of mind we have professional indemnity and client money protection insurance. On a lighter note, we are often asked "why 'plum' lettings?".
