Unlike many other letting agents these days, we concentrate solely on lettings, we aren’t too busy trying to sell houses and sort out mortgages, we concentrate on the one thing that we know we are good at – lettings and property management. Because we are a smaller family run operation, you will receive a more personal service. Here at Fellows Lettings we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of customer service at all times. Rather than dealing with a big office and speaking to different people each time you call, you will receive a more personal touch, more often than not, it’s the director taking your call. We are a smaller, family run agent so therefore able to dedicate more time to you as an individual. We don’t have any set working hours, we are hands on 24/7 so if you need us you can contact us any time. We don’t have a set 9-5 time slot for doing viewings and valuations, we understand it is hard for people to fit in appointments around their working schedule so we always try and accommodate.
